The focus is not on hands-on treatment, but on understanding how your body is functioning and guiding the process step by step.
This tends to work best for people who are looking for a more thoughtful, structured approach—not a quick protocol.
When Distance Care Works Best
Distance care tends to work well when:
Symptoms are ongoing but not urgent
You are able to describe your experience clearly
There is a willingness to work through a process over time
Some cases require in-person evaluation, but many do not. You can message me with a brief description of your health issue for me to determine if it is a case
which is appropriate to take on over distance.
How the Process Works
We start with a detailed conversation to understand your case as a whole.
From there, I may use:
Targeted questionnaires
Review of existing lab work
Selective functional testing (when needed)
Observations such as tongue photos
The goal is to identify the underlying pattern and determine what will actually help.
If needed, functional lab tests can be ordered over distance. These come as home collection kits, with pre-stamped envelopes to ship back to the lab.
Recommendations
Recommendations are based on the pattern—not just a diagnosis.
This may include:
Individualized herbal formulas
Targeted supplements (when appropriate)
Dietary and lifestyle adjustments
Herbal formulas can be shipped directly, and supplements are available through online dispensaries.
Ongoing Work
Adjustments are made based on how your system responds, rather than following a fixed protocol.
This is usually a gradual process, but one that leads to more stable results.
Clarification
This is not a quick-fix or protocol-based approach.
The focus is on understanding how your body is functioning and working with that over time.
Consultations - Distance Fee
Initial consultation (60 minutes): $150
Follow-up visits (30–45 minutes): $75–100
Most cases require a period of ongoing work rather than a single visit.
Next Step
If you’re considering working together remotely, we can start with an initial consultation and determine whether this approach is a good fit.
