The office is located one block from the Great Neck LIRR station, making it easily accessible from Queens, Nassau County, and Manhattan.

The office is located at 1 Elm Street in Great Neck, one block from the LIRR station.
Street parking is available nearby. Municipal parking lots are also located 1 short block away.
Enter through the doorway marked “1 Elm St.” and proceed to the second floor. Suite 4 is located on the second floor.
Length of visit
Initial visits typically last 90 minutes to 2 hours.
Follow-up visits are typically 30–60 minutes depending on the visit.
Visit Fees
- Initial Visit: $250
- Follow-up Visit : Brief $80 (30 min) or Standard Follow-up $150 (50-60 min)
- Remote Consultations: $100 first 30 minutes, then $50 per additional 30 minutes.
- Sliding scale available in select circumstances
